Village Airstrips

Council operates three grass airstrips at the villages of Peak Hill, Trundle and Tullamore.
Property Ownership and Responsibilities Peak Hill and Trundle airstrips are on Crown Land leased by Council for the purpose, and Tullamore airstrip is on private land. Council is responsible for the operation of the airports and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, Airservices Australia, and Workcover Authority
