A good night’s sleep will help reduce driver fatigue. The average person requires about 8 hours of sleep each night to function effectively. When we reduce the number of hours we sleep we accumulate a “sleep debt”, which increases our tendency to fall asleep the next day. STOP. REVIVE. SURVIVE.
