How and where can I pay my rates?

Rates may be paid at the Parkes Shire Council Administration Centre, the Bogan Gate Post Office Agency and any Westpac Bank Branch. Please take your rate notice/instalment notice with you when paying your rates.

You may pay by cash or cheque at these locations.

Additionally, you may pay your account at any bank other than Westpac, however, you may be charged additional fees by the bank for this service. Council WILL NOT meet the costs of these additional fees.

Westpac does not charge a fee for accepting a Council payment when using the Westpac deposit slip attached to your bill.

BPAY, Direct Debit and Centrepay facilities will be available to assist ratepayers to meet their payments.

EFTPOS is now available for use when paying at the Parkes Shire Council administration building
