Notification Plan For Pesticide Use In Public Places Policy

This Pesticide Use Notification Plan has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Pesticides Regulation 1995 (the Regulation) which comes into force on 1 February 2007.
The different types of pesticides include herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, fumigants, bactericides, rodenticides, baits, lures, repellents and pesticides used to control animal's internal and external parasites.
