Incident Reporting & Investigation Policy

Parkes Shire Council is committed to preventing injury and illness through providing a safe and healthy working environment.
With the assistance of its Occupational, Health and Safety Committee, Council sees the benefits of hazard identification, risk assessment and control for the prevention of worksite injury and illness.
Council acknowledges that injuries still occur but identifies the importance of reporting and investigating ALL Incidents and Hazards in the development of prevention strategies.
