Telephone and Mobile Communication Devices Usage Policy

Council acknowledges the vital role that the telephone system (including mobile phones) plays in the day-to-day functioning of the organisation. The telephone system is an essential component of Council's overall delivery mechanism for the services Council provides. To this end, Council has invested in the latest technology so that the information flow to and from Council and its stakeholders can be achieved in a timely and efficient manner. Council recognises the importance of the role that well trained courteous staff play in delivering good customer service through the phone system.
