Voluntary Rebates to Pensioners for Rates and Charges Policy

Council provides pension rebates on rates and charges for eligible pensioners up to a maximum of $425.00 per assessment per annum. From time to time Council receives applications for pension rebates which are retrospective. Council's obligations in relation to these claims need to be formalised.
