Online Forms Currently Available

There are a number of forms currently available for use online. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.05 or higher in order to complete the forms online.
Change of Address
Use the 'Change of Address' form to notify Council that your mailing address for rates, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or any other applications has changed. Click on the link and follow the instructions.
Notice of Commencement of Work
The 'Notice of Commencement of Building Work' form is used to notify Council about the intended commencement of building or subdivision work. Please note that this form must be submitted to Council at least 2 days prior to the commencement of any works. In order to complete this form, you will need to have the following information available:
- Development Application or Construction Certificate number
- Property details & particulars of the development
- Applicant details
- The nominated Principal Certifying Authority for critical stage inspections
- Date works are to commence
- Builder's details including licence number or Owner-Builder permit number
- Home owner warranty certificate (if not already supplied to Council)
Submission on a Development Application
The 'Submission on a Development Application' form is used to make a submission to Council about a development application, during the notification period. A submission on a Development Application on exhibition must relate directly to the work proposed, and its possible impact on surrounding property or the locality. Submissions must reach Council by the expiry date shown in the notification letter, site sign, or newspaper advertisement.
